1. Introduction

Link, Inc. (DBA LYNQr, “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the LYNQr platform at getlynqr.com, including LYNQr Pulse and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information.

When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name (if applicable), and billing information.

2.2 Building and Project Data.

LYNQr Pulse extracts building element data from your Archicad projects, including element properties, quantities, schedules, and related metadata (“Project Data”). This data is transmitted to our servers and stored to power your dashboards.

2.3 Device Information.

LYNQr Pulse collects your Windows Machine GUID and hostname to identify and provision your installation. This information is used solely for account provisioning and is not shared with third parties.

2.4 API Keys.

We generate and store API keys to authenticate your account. Keys are stored in encrypted form on our servers. LYNQr Pulse stores your API key locally on your device using Windows DPAPI encryption.

2.5 Usage Data.

We collect logs of sync attempts, heartbeat checks, and API calls to monitor service health and diagnose issues. These logs include timestamps, endpoint names, and response codes. They do not include the content of your Project Data.

2.6 Payment Information.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We receive and retain transaction records including subscription status and billing history.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your account and secure your data
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Diagnose technical issues and monitor service health
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell any of your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Service and develop new features. We do not use your confidential Project Data to train shared AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers operated by DigitalOcean, located in the United States (San Francisco region). We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures including encrypted API key storage, HTTPS for all data transmission, database-level tenant isolation, and access controls.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers.

We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating the Service, including Stripe (payment processing) and DigitalOcean (infrastructure). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

5.2 Legal Requirements.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Link, Inc., our users, or the public.

5.3 Business Transfers.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and Project Data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@getlynqr.com.

Usage logs and billing records may be retained for longer periods as required for legal or accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability: Request your Project Data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your information

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy at getlynqr.com/privacy and updating the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
